Shipping policy

Garda Joint will ship the items selected and purchased to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order confirmation.

The shipping cost amounts to € 6.90 throughout Italy, islands included. For orders exceeding € 90.00, shipping will be free.

Shipping will be carried out using specific carriers, which Garda Joint will choose at its own discretion, without however assuming in any way the risk of delayed or failed delivery attributable to force majeure, fortuitous events or damage occurring during transport.

Given Garda Joint's exemption from liability for damage caused by the carrier, the Customer, upon receipt of the goods and before signing the delivery receipt presented by the carrier, undertakes, in any case, to check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document and, if necessary, to accept the parcel subject to verification.

In the event of any discrepancies, the Customer undertakes to note any defects or anomalies found on the same accompanying document, sending a copy for information to Garda Joint s.r.l.

Garda Joint undertakes to ship the goods purchased by the Customer within 24/48 hours following confirmation of the order. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the average delivery times for the items within Italy are approximately 2/3 days, unless delivery is to be made to the islands, remote areas, or on public holidays or weekends.
