THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Producing Moonrock Ice is a three-stage artisanal process requiring precision, experience and raw materials of the highest quality. In the first stage, the finest indoor CBD cannabis flowers of the harvest are selected by hand — whole, compact buds rich in trichomes that will form the heart of the finished product. In the second stage, each flower is gently dipped in or brushed with extremely concentrated CBD distillate, a dense, viscous resin extracted from CBD flowers through molecular distillation processes at controlled temperatures, which adheres to the flower's surface to form an even, sticky layer. The distillate is applied carefully to avoid compressing or damaging the flowers' structure, preserving their visual and sensory integrity. In the third and final stage, the flowers freshly coated with distillate are gently rolled in exceptionally pure CBD isolate crystals — a white crystalline powder obtained by isolating pure cannabidiol — which adhere evenly to the sticky surface of the distillate, forming the icy, sparkling outer layer that distinguishes Moonrock Ice. The product is finally left to dry slowly in temperature- and humidity-controlled environments before packaging.

The middle layer is an extremely concentrated CBD distillate, obtained from CBD flowers through short-path molecular distillation processes that preserve the main terpenes and ensure exceptionally high purity. The outer layer consists of CBD isolate crystals — cannabidiol in its purest form, with a concentration above 99% — obtained through controlled crystallisation processes that produce the characteristic white, sparkling crystals giving the product its unmistakable appearance. All ingredients are produced in Italy, without residual solvents, additives or synthetic chemicals, in full accordance with the highest quality and safety standards of the European CBD market.
