OG Kush is one of the most iconic and influential strains in modern cannabis history, born in Florida in the early 1990s and perfected in the hills of Southern California. In its enhanced version, the already excellent OG Kush CBD flowers are taken to a higher level through the manual application of highly concentrated CBD distillate, raising the overall cannabidiol content well beyond the strain's natural levels. Enhancement does not alter the genetics or the original aromatic profile — OG Kush's citrus and spicy signature remains intact — but amplifies the CBD concentration in every flower, making it the highest-potency product in the flower range. Each bud is individually treated with artisanal care, ensuring an even distribution of distillate across its entire surface.

THE ENHANCEMENT PROCESS

The CBD enhancement process is performed manually on every selected flower, following a two-stage artisanal procedure. In the first stage, OG Kush CBD buds are chosen from the most compact and resinous of the harvest and undergo a careful visual inspection to ensure that only first-quality flowers are selected for enhancement. In the second stage, each bud is gently brushed with extremely concentrated CBD distillate — obtained from CBD flowers through short-path molecular distillation — applied evenly across the entire surface using precision brushes. The distillate penetrates between the flower's native trichomes, blending with the existing resin without creating visible artificial layers. After application, the buds are left to rest in temperature- and humidity-controlled environments to allow the distillate to settle and distribute evenly before packaging.

THE APPEARANCE

Enhanced OG Kush CBD flowers retain the characteristic appearance of the original strain — dense buds, bright green with lime-yellow highlights and abundant rusty-orange pistils — but with visibly greater sheen and resinousness due to the CBD distillate applied to the surface. The trichomes appear denser and brighter than those of the base flower, with a slightly waxier texture to the touch revealing the additional layer of concentrated cannabidiol. The flowers' structure remains intact and recognisable, without the drastic alterations typical of Moonrocks but with a noticeable increase in overall resinousness.

AROMA

Enhancement with CBD distillate does not alter OG Kush's fundamental aromatic profile, which remains faithful to its unmistakable signature: an intense combination of lemon and citrus over an earthy, woody base with hints of pine and incense. The applied distillate adds a concentrated resinous note that amplifies the flower's native terpene component without overpowering it, creating a slightly richer, more enveloping profile than the base flower. OG's characteristic notes of hashish and oriental spices emerge more intensely, while the warm, slightly sweet aftertaste is enhanced by the distillate's waxy component. Aromatic persistence is significantly greater than that of the unenhanced flower.
